Dr Power (and Dr Pryse before him) and the wonderful ladies in the office took care of my daughter for over 5 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone has been compassionate and helpful from the very beginning. My daughter was nervous about getting an expander and the ladies were patient and kind. They took the time to explain each step and show her what they were going to do before they did it. Power & Pryse has helped make this the best experience it could be.
Front office staff and chair side staff are all very helpful and professional. Dr. Power is professional, informative, and ready to answer all questions. He was willing to step out to the car for one appt after my daughter was done as I had to bring all five of my kids and didn’t want to bring them all in. Office is very clean, up to date with current technology of the dental world. Highly recommend, they also have multiple offices across the west side of Knoxville.
